Job summary

Atribs Metscon Group in UAE seeks an experienced UAT Lead to manage user acceptance testing across multi-channel applications. You will own test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating with business units and technical areas, performing user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing, and ensuring defects are retested and tracked to closure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UAT efforts across multi-channel applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT development and execution with focus on testing processes and standards.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other business units and technical areas to ensure end-to-end testing for products.
• Perform testing types: user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability.
• Ensure defects are retested and closed; monitor outstanding defects and coordinate with vendors as needed.
