Job summary

Alpha Data PJSC is seeking an experienced Technology Risk professional to lead risk assessments across IT and business environments in the UAE. You will maintain the Technology Risk Register, monitor mitigation plans, and drive improvements in risk governance and controls.

Collaboration with Cybersecurity, IT, and business functions is essential. The role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with experience in IT risk, cyber risk, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Information Systems or related field.
• 7-10 years total experience with 5-7 years in Technology Risk, IT Risk, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, or Cyber Risk.
• Experience in technology risk assessments and risk registers.
• Strong ability to identify, assess and mitigate technology risks.
• Experience with Operational, Third-Party, Vendor risk and technology controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technology risk assessments across IT and business environments.
• Maintain and manage the Technology Risk Register.
• Track risk mitigation plans and control effectiveness.
• Assess operational, technology and third-party risks.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Support technology and cybersecurity incident response activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of the technology risk program.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to stakeholders.
