Job summary

Adecco Holding Emirates B.V. (Dubai Branch) is seeking a professional to provide technology risk management services. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, maintaining and managing technology risks across the company’s Technology Teams while aligning with the enterprise risk programme.

You will manage the risk register, ensure documentation and secure storage, and support incident response to understand risk impact. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing technology risks in large scale programmes.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security policies and enterprise risk frameworks.

Job Purpose : The purpose of this role is to provide a technology risk management service. Responsibilities include identifying, assessing, maintaining and managing all technology risks that are identified by the company's Technology Teams including managing the technology risk register and ensuring it is in line with the company's enterprise risk programme.

• Conduct periodic risk assessments on operational, third party and technology related areas within Business Technology. Ensure risks are captured, documented and securely stored as per company's Cyber Security standards
• Manage the company's Technology risk register and ensure it is aligned to company's enterprise risk programme.
• Ensure the risk register is documented and stored as per company's Cyber Security policies.
• Responsible for ensuring mitigation strategies and actions are in place for all risks related to Business Technology and these are documented and securely stored.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the technology risk management programme within the Cybersecurity, Risk and Resilience and ensure knowledge transfer for all members across company's Business Technology
• Provide support during technology & cyber-security incidents to ensure understanding of the risk impact during incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree - Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / relevant
