Job summary

DTS Solution, LLC. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant in the UAE to lead governance, risk and regulatory assurance across UAE standards, ISO/IEC 27001 and privacy regimes. You will shape multi‑year roadmaps, target operating models and control frameworks, while coordinating client engagements end to end.

The role blends strategy, design and hands-on delivery, including AI governance, third‑party risk and data privacy, with interface to CISOs, risk committees and regulators.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in cybersecurity, with at least five in GRC, risk, audit or privacy consulting.
• Demonstrable audit and assessment experience against UAE Information Assurance Standards, ISO/IEC 27001 and UAE PDPL, plus two other regional frameworks.
• Proven delivery of strategy, roadmap, blueprint or target operating model work, not assessments alone.
• Strong command of privacy artefacts: ROPA, DPIAs, data flows and inventories.
• Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks and security risks to LLM/agentic systems.
• Grounding in underlying tech — cloud on Azure/AWS, identity, network and SIEM to challenge engineers.
• Excellent written English with ability to engage executives/regulators.
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, CS, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk and regulatory assurance across UAE/ GCC frameworks.
• Design target operating models for security and GRC functions with RACI and service catalogs.
• Develop strategy, roadmaps, KPI/KRI sets and board reporting packs.
• Stand up risk management programs and track remediation through to closure.
• Own client engagements end to end: scope, delivery, reports and conversations.
• Mentor junior staff and support pre-sales activities.
