Azizi Developments, through its infrastructure arm Royal Infra Contracting LLC, is hiring a Construction Manager to lead all infrastructure construction activities in the UAE. You will plan, supervise, and optimize roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworks, coordinating with authorities and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• 15+ years in construction, with 5–7+ years as Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Experience on UAE infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and approvals.
• Experience with main contractor firms; managing subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all construction activities for infrastructure works, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, wet and dry utilities, earthworks, and associated civil works.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations, ensuring manpower, plant, materials and resources are deployed efficiently.
• Turn project schedules into executable look-ahead programmes and track progress against baseline targets.
• Identify delays, constraints, and risks early, and put recovery plans in place.
• Lead site teams of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Foremen, and Supervisors to deliver works safely and on time.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring their performance, productivity, and compliance with scope.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities and service providers for NOCs, permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Ensure all works follow drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and local regulations.
• Enforce HSE standards on site with risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
• Work with QA/QC on inspections and testing, and close out NCRs and snag lists.
• Monitor site costs, resource use, and productivity to keep the project within budget.
• Support the commercial team with variations, quantity verification, and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and present progress reports to Project Management and senior leadership, and attend client/consultant meetings.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and authority handover with complete as-built and close-out documentation.
