Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the UAE seeks a Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to oversee the delivery of road and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Tier-1 or major contractors and a proven track record managing highways, earthworks and utilities.

You will lead site teams, ensure safety, schedules, and quality while coordinating with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 7–10 years civil/infrastructure construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Construction Manager on road projects.
• UAE experience with Tier-1 contractors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roads, earthworks, drainage and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery in accordance with specs and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
