Job summary

UHRS is seeking an experienced accounting professional for infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, ensuring accurate project cost recording, and monitoring budgets and forecasts.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) preferred, with 5–8+ years of accounting experience, especially in construction or infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, roads, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or government projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure accurate recording of project costs, accruals, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts.
• Track project expenditures (materials, subcontractors, labor, equipment). Oversee invoice processing and payment schedules.
• Monitor receivables, including client billing and collections.
