Job summary

Heilbronn is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure construction projects in the UAE, ensuring delivery within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The role requires planning mobilization through completion, oversight of site operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, and coordination with consultants, clients, engineers, suppliers, and authorities. UAE experience and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and associated infrastructure works.
• Previous UAE infrastructure experience is essential, preferably on projects for Emirates-related entities.
• South African or German nationality preferred.
• Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover.
• Oversee site operations, project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and health and safety compliance.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and UAE authority requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
