Job summary

SEE Engineering in Dubai seeks an experienced Technical Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO). You will oversee all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE authority regulations, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

You will coordinate design, engineering, project management, and site teams, review designs and submittals, manage NOCs and permits, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in managerial or technical leadership roles.
• Experience on UAE residential, high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical department, including engineers and draftsmen.
• Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, authority regulations, and project specs.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Review RFIs and manage NOCs, permits, and technical docs.
• Mentor and evaluate engineering staff and provide training.
