• Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural/structural engineering or related field.
• Strong UAE construction experience preferred.
• Proven track record in senior technical leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Technical Department across multiple projects.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP and other disciplines.
• Review and approve IFC drawings, shop drawings, submittals, method statements and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, regulations and contracts; drive constructability and value engineering.
