Position Summary

Senior Technical Manager to join our team on a large‑scale project in Dubai. Monitor the development, coordination and approval of shop drawings, materials, method statements and all necessary requirements for site execution, considering the project’s specifications and cost impact. Ensure full coordination with all trades to develop proper shop drawings that reflect the construction sequence and interface requirements.

Responsibilities

• Study the project’s specifications along with the design drawings.
• Monitor the generation and development of shop drawings for structural, architectural and MEP, ensuring submission on the planned timetable.
• Ensure compliance of shop drawings and materials with the project’s specifications, construction sequence on site, and the planned time program.
• Review the designs of specialist sub‑contractors such as post‑tensioned structural elements, steel structure, waterproofing, curtain wall, landscaping, architectural finishes, etc., and coordinate and guide the sub‑designers to meet the project’s specific requirements.
• Update management about the status of ongoing activities; liaise with the client and address concerns technically, contractually and commercially.
