Job summary

PalladiumHR Consultants is assisting a well-established construction main contractor in the UAE to recruit a Senior MEP Technical Coordinator cum Materials Engineer (Mechanical) in Dubai. The role focuses on driving technical submittals, material approvals and consultant coordination across major building projects.

You will review MEP shop drawings, prepare technical submissions and MAR/MAS, obtain approvals from consultants and clients, resolve engineering issues, ensure compliance with UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Solid UAE experience with a main contractor or MEP contractor in a technical office, submittals or materials engineering role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, equipment and installations (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ductwork, piping, fire protection)
• Proven track record obtaining consultant approvals and handling technical queries
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP/Carrier, Navisworks or similar mechanical design software
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Available to join immediately or on short notice

Responsibilities
