Job summary

KWEC | Al Khawajah Engineering Consultants seeks an Architecture Lead to head the architectural team, guiding design from concept through construction for high-rise towers and large-scale developments in Dubai. You will coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM and other disciplines, review drawings and BIM models, and mentor architects and BIM specialists while ensuring UAE code compliance.

Eight to ten years of relevant experience and advanced BIM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise towers and large-scale developments.
• Proven experience leading architectural teams.
• Advanced BIM/Revit experience and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Dubai/UAE authority requirements preferred.

• Identify and resolve design, coordination, and constructability issues.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably within an engineering or architectural consultancy.
• Strong experience in high-rise towers and large-scale residential/mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience leading and managing architectural teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, coordination, and constructability.
• Advanced BIM/Revit experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and BIM workflows.
• Experience with Dubai/UAE authority requirements and approval processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
