Job summary

SD (Middle East) LLC leads the delivery of strategic digital solutions across the Middle East, directing teams of data integration engineers and solution specialists. The role interfaces with Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to ensure on-time, within-scope project execution, while nurturing long-term customer relationships and regional growth.

Responsibilities cover planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on building high-performing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in digital projects, data integration, enterprise applications, software engineering, or solution architecture.
• 3+ years of leadership or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python, Java, APIs, SQL, cloud technologies, and integration platforms.
• Experience designing large‑scale enterprise or mission‑critical solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience within aviation, airport operations, logistics, supply chain, or industrial automation is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software, data integration, or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• PMP, Prince2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is advantageous.

• As a senior delivery leader, ensure projects are on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
• Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to regional business growth.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, data integration specialists, business analysts, and external partners.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance activities and report progress to senior management and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate project steering committees, design reviews, and executive status meetings.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
• Support contract execution by managing change requests, technical clarifications, and solution impacts.
• Ensure successful site coordination for customer deployments in the Middle East including UAE and KSA.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning for team members.
• Allocate resources across concurrent projects based on business priorities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of engineering talent in the Middle East region.
• Foster a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
