Job summary

Crest Corporate in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Head-hunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales desks, focusing on retention and conversion roles within CFD, Forex or financial services.

You will lead the in-house recruitment team, headhunt directly, support onboarding and visa coordination, and deliver quality hires with measurable KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Based in UAE with strong headhunting or talent acquisition background.
• Proven experience hiring Retention and Conversion Sales roles in financial services.
• Experience leading in-house recruiters and guiding KPI-driven teams.
• Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and direct-approach capabilities with an established candidate network.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales desks, headhunting directly rather than relying on applications.
• Lead and guide the in-house recruitment team, allocating vacancies and setting priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, coach sourcing technique and candidate handling, and calibrate with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines and source-effectiveness data; present monthly reports to senior management.
