Job summary

Grant Thornton UAE seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Senior Executive to lead UAE National hiring efforts across the UAE, partnering with senior stakeholders to meet Emiratization targets. You will source, screen, and manage UAE National talent for Advisory, Tax, Assurance and Internal Client Services while guiding end-to-end recruitment processes.

The role requires strong recruitment expertise, knowledge of the UAE talent market, and experience managing multiple vacancies across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting UAE Nationals and supporting Emiratization programs.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously across different business functions and locations.
• Strong understanding of Emiratization hiring requirements and UAE National recruitment practices.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality UAE National talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, career fairs, and other sourcing channels to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability against role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to Emiratization project manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and contribute towards achieving organizational hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data.
• Stay up to date with labor market trends, Emiratization developments, and UAE National talent availability.
• Assist with employer branding and engagement initiatives aimed at attracting UAE National talent.

Service Line Overview

Internal Client Services (ICS) is the operational backbone of the firm, providing the essential internal support that enables all client‐facing service lines to deliver high‐quality work. ICS brings together key enabling functions—including IT, Finance, People & Culture, HR Operations, Marketing, and other critical internal teams—to ensure the firm runs efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and results‐driven Talent Acquisition Senior Executive to support the firm’s Emiratization and UAE National hiring strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing UAE National talent across Advisory, Tax, Assurance and Internal Client Services while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to meet hiring requirements and Emiratization objectives.
