Job summary

Grant Thornton UAE is a leading professional services firm delivering audit, tax and advisory services across industries. We seek a proactive Talent Acquisition Senior Executive to support Emiratization and UAE National hiring strategies.

You will source, screen, and manage UAE National talent while partnering with senior stakeholders to meet hiring targets. Based in the UAE, you will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, using diverse channels to build strong pipelines and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting UAE Nationals and supporting Emiratization programs.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies across functions and locations.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract UAE National talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, career fairs to build pipelines.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess fit against requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leaders.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to Emiratization project manager.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking data.
