Job summary

D4 Insight in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, network systems, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. The role blends hands-on network and systems administration with cloud, security, and operations management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide technical IT and network support to users, troubleshoot incidents, and restore services promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, VPNs, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise applications.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, AD, DNS, and SharePoint.
Administer Azure resources and cloud networking with a focus on security and performance.
Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures.
Document configurations and work with vendors for IT services.
