Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end implementation of its SCM solutions for medium to large transformation programs. You will work with customer business and IT teams across all project phases, provide leadership to functional teams, and mentor junior associates.

The role requires travel across Europe, English fluency, and a strong background in supply chain software implementations. A hybrid on-site/remote setup is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Supply Chain or Retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of planning and retail processes (demand, supply, replenishment, category management).
• Experience implementing or supporting modern SCM applications.
• Business English fluency (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Right to live and work in the EU.
• Fluency in additional European languages (German, French) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ML & Data Science concepts.
• Experience in supply chain software implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methods.
• Elementary Python and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder products on medium to large programs.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams through all project phases.
• Provide mentorship to junior associates during implementation.
• Lead functional teams during the project cycle and participate in key meetings.
• Coordinate with Product Management on trends and future functionality.
• Assist pre-sales in workload assessment and role recommendations.
