Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Senior Solution Architect to drive on-site/remote project teams, designing and implementing Blue Yonder solutions for medium to large supply chain transformations. You will lead end-to-end solution design, work with customer business and IT teams, mentor juniors and guide product enhancements.

Requirements include 8+ years in Supply Chain/Retail, strong planning knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

8+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Retail domains such as Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG/CPG.
Strong understanding of planning and retail processes including demand management, replenishment, assortment optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Hands-on experience with modern SCM applications (Blue Yonder, i2/Manugistics, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq or similar).
Business-level English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe; right to live/work in applicable location.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and own end-to-end solution design for Blue Yonder products.
Collaborate with customer business and IT teams during all project phases.
Provide leadership to functional teams during the implementation cycle.
Act as a functional/industry expert in meetings with Project Manager and customer stakeholders.
Work with Product Management on trends for future functionality and enhancements.
Mentor junior associates within Blue Yonder organization.
Coordinate with pre-sales to assess workload and recommend project roles.
