Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join project teams on-site or remotely. You will lead the implementation of Blue Yonder products and own end-to-end solution design for medium to large supply chain transformation programs.

You will collaborate with customer business and IT teams through all project phases, provide mentorship to junior staff, and work with Product Management on future functionality. Extensive travel across Europe is required.

Qualifications

8+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Retail sectors.
Strong understanding of planning, retail processes and replenishment.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with modern SCM applications.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Blue Yonder products with ownership of end-to-end solution design.
Work with customer business and IT teams throughout all project phases.
Provide leadership to functional teams during the implementation cycle.
Serve as a functional and industry expert in key meetings with PMs and customers.
Collaborate with Product Management on trends for future functionality.
Mentor junior associates within Blue Yonder.
Assist pre-sales in workload assessment and role recommendations.
