Job summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Civil/Structural Inspector for contract works in Dubai. You will review contract docs, inspect structural elements and ensure compliance with Dubai standards while coordinating with multiple disciplines on-site.

Required are 7+ years in similar projects, with 3+ in the UAE, and a Civil Engineering degree. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and effective coordination on complex infrastructure assignments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on similar projects, with 3+ years in UAE
• UAE experience preferred
• Marine projects experience preferred
• Experience in structural & roads projects is required

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, specs and safety requirements for infrastructure and bridges
• Inspect reinforcement details, formwork, concrete placement and embedded items per shop drawings
• Monitor manpower, equipment and progress to ensure schedule and quality compliance
• Coordinate with roads, utilities, geotechnical and architectural disciplines and attend site meetings
