Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience on similar construction, structural, bridge, or road projects.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience is required.
• Relevant experience in structural and road infrastructure projects is required.
• RTA approval is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, and site supervision practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project contract documents, drawings, specifications, health and safety requirements.
• Monitor contractor compliance with project standards, technical specifications, approved drawings.
• Carry out site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer.
• Prepare daily reports covering work orders, inspections, material deliveries.
• Coordinate with the client project manager during site inspections.
