Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural inspection for road and bridge infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of QA and QC processes in construction environments.
• Familiarity with UAE standards and authority requirements such as RTA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills on construction sites.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong reporting and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, contract documents, and specifications to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Inspect structural works during construction phases.
• Verify contractor adherence to approved materials and method statements.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities.
• Coordinate closely with contractor teams to monitor work progress.
• Support the engineering teams with inspections and documentation.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in survey checks.
• Monitor QA and QC processes including materials testing.
• Identify non-conforming works and ensure corrective measures.
• Participate in inspections and project handover activities.
• Assist in preparation of reports and inspection documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
