Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of structural inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, building structures, and methods.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and international building standards.
• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings, specifications, and building code requirements before execution.
• Inspect foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases, and structural steel works.
• Verify reinforcement placement and formwork accuracy.
• Monitor concrete pouring and testing activities.
• Review and sign Work Inspection Requests for completed structural elements.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards during structural activities.
