Wood is seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor to oversee fabrication activities in the shop, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project specs. You will coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, detailing and planning teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality structural components.

Qualifications

Experience supervising structural fabrication activities and teams.
Ability to read IFC/fabrication drawings and follow ADNOC specs.
Strong safety, quality, and schedule adherence mindset.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day structural fabrication activities in the shop.
Coordinate with engineering, detailing, QA/QC, and planning teams.
Review drawings for constructability and provide progress reports.
Ensure adherence to welding procedures, tolerances, and coating requirements.
Maintain material traceability and manage records.
