Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced supervisor for structural steel fabrication in the UAE. You will oversee daily fabrication operations, direct a team of fabricators, welders and fitters, and ensure work meets precise specifications and quality standards.

You will enforce strict shop-floor safety protocols, monitor project timelines and resources, read complex engineering drawings, and coordinate with engineering and site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or related engineering field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Supervising fabrication teams in heavy industrial or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations ensuring steel components meet specifications and quality standards.
• Direct and supervise fabricators, welders, and fitters with clear instructions.
