Job summary

9E Global Engineering Consultants LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Engineer with 10-15 years in engineering consultancy and site supervision. You will review drawings, calculations and method statements, and ensure compliance with designs and authorities.

Qualifications

Minimum 10-15 years' experience in engineering consultancy firms with site supervision experience.
Master's Degree/Chartered Engineering will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural construction.

Responsibilities

Works independently and as part of a team to complete supervision activities.
Review structural shop drawings, calculations, and method statements.
Review comments from inspectors for reinforcement placement, formwork and concrete pouring.
Identify and resolve structural design issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction complies with approved designs.
Monitor construction works to meet design intent and project requirements.
Coordinate with AOR design team for specialist package approvals by authorities.
