Job summary

Egis, a leading international engineering group, invites a skilled Associate, Structures for its Dubai team. You will design and deliver innovative structural solutions across diverse projects, collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients.

You will prepare drawings, analyses, and 3D models, supporting senior engineers through design and construction phases. You will engage in client meetings, contribute to project documentation, and ensure adherence to HSEQ standards while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Proven track record as a Project Engineer on multiple structural projects.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools for 2D/3D modeling.
• Solid understanding of structural design principles from concept to construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, analysis, and development of structural solutions across project stages.
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations and 3D models using CAD software.
• Conduct structural analysis and risk assessments to support delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and consultants for coordination.
• Support Project Engineers/Managers in timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Review technical deliverables and provide feedback to maintain standards.
• Participate in client meetings and project documentation under senior guidance.
• Ensure compliance with QA, HSE, and environmental procedures on projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay current with building codes and Dubai/UAE regional requirements.
