Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (Buildings Project) in Dubai, UAE to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

You will lead site supervision, develop and review detailed designs, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior engineers and enforcing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus
• 10+ years of civil/site supervision experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and review detailed designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Prepare technical reports and project updates for management and clients.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on sites.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
