Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 11+ years of experience in strategy, planning or related fields.
• Strong background in strategic planning, performance management and project delivery.
• Government or large complex organization experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SWOT, PESTEL and scenario planning.
