Job summary

ADNOC Gas seeks an Executive Advisor to partner with senior leadership, delivering expert guidance to align governance, strategy, and performance across the organization. You will influence decision-making, prepare high-impact reports, and drive achievement of long-term objectives through rigorous analysis and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate across functions, support governance frameworks, and contribute to enterprise priorities by turning insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record advising senior leadership on strategy and governance.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational, and governance matters.
• Support development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor initiatives and organizational performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional, executive-level projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis and market insights.
• Support governance policy implementation and best practices.
