Involved Solutions LTD. is partnering with a leading regional financial institution to hire a Strategy Consultant. This senior role provides direct access to Group leadership to shape investments, partnerships, and growth across banking, insurance, asset management and payments.

The ideal candidate blends top-tier strategy experience with deep financial services knowledge and commercial judgement to turn analysis into decisions and drive execution at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm or equivalent in-house strategy at a major financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of banking, insurance, asset management or payments.
• Track record leading complex strategy engagements from problem definition to executive recommendation.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
• Exceptional communicator with presence to operate at C-suite and Board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy projects across the Group's financial services portfolio, including growth strategy, market entry, operating model design and portfolio review.
• Build business cases and investment recommendations for the Group CEO and executive committee.
• Support M&A and partnership activity, from target screening and due diligence through to integration planning.
• Track regional and global financial services trends, regulation and competitor moves, and translate them into clear priorities.
• Work with business unit leaders to turn strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Board.
