Job summary

YO AI Labs in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager (Construction and Infrastructure) with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment to lead STP site execution, coordinate with design teams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

You will oversee planning, risk, resource allocation, QA/QC, and client/consultant communications, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required safety standards. 12–15 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering background and STP project experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects.
• Strong communication with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee STP project execution per baseline program.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on technical and commercial matters.
• Monitor progress, schedule, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee engineering documents and approvals.
• Manage BOQ verification and material coordination.
• Lead site teams and ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover readiness.
• Prepare payment certifications and monitor costs.
