Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze satisfaction survey results from employees, customers, the community, partners, and suppliers using advanced analytics to identify trends and patterns.
Coordinate with departments to analyze mystery shopper studies and stakeholder surveys for clear findings.
Prepare detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations for policy and procedure enhancements.
Develop and design training programs on surveys and opinion polling for personnel to emphasize stakeholder satisfaction and effective data collection.
Provide specialized training on data interpretation and trend identification in survey results.
