Dubai Municipality is seeking a senior stakeholder analyst to collect and analyze satisfaction survey results across employees, customers, the community, partners, and suppliers, utilizing advanced analytical tools to identify trends and align with Government Excellence Framework standards.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to analyze mystery shopper studies, preparing detailed reports with strategic recommendations, and designing training programs on surveys and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in stakeholder analysis or related field.

• Collect and analyze the results of satisfaction surveys targeting concerned stakeholder groups such as employees, customers, the community, partners, and suppliers, using advanced analytical tools to identify trends and patterns in data, enhance understanding of their needs and expectations, and align with the requirements of the Government Excellence Framework.
• Participate in coordinating and following up with various departments to analyze the results of mystery shopper studies and stakeholder surveys to ensure a clear understanding of findings.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining the results of surveys and studies, highlighting areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to enhance policies and procedures that impact stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and design training programs based on best practices in surveys and opinion polling for concerned personnel within organizational units, focusing on the importance of stakeholder satisfaction surveys and how to conduct them effectively.
• Provide specialized training on how to analyze stakeholder satisfaction survey results, including data interpretation and identification of patterns and trends.
• Train concerned personnel on preparing reports and analytical results that summarize key observations and recommendations for improvement.
