Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Stakeholder Engineer to support identification, coordination, and management of stakeholders across master planning, buildings and infrastructure projects during the design stage.

You will implement engagement plans, liaise with government bodies, local authorities, utilities, and interest groups to ensure requirements are captured in designs and approvals obtained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Certifications in stakeholder management, project coordination, or infrastructure development desirable.
• 5–7 years of experience in stakeholder coordination/engineering for master planning/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain stakeholder registers, including clients, government entities, local authorities, utility providers, local interest groups, and other relevant parties.
• Support the implementation of stakeholder engagement plans and maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor stakeholder requirements and identify potential issues, risks, and constraints that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate the submission, tracking, and follow-up of NOCs, permits, approvals, and stakeholder-related documentation.
• Prepare stakeholder progress reports, trackers, and status updates for project teams and clients.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, workshops, and technical discussions, ensuring stakeholder comments and requirements are captured and communicated to the design team.
• Liaise with internal disciplines to ensure stakeholder requirements are addressed within project designs and deliverables.
• Support the resolution of stakeholder comments and facilitate timely closure of stakeholder actions.
