Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks a Stakeholder Engineer to coordinate relationships with government bodies, local authorities, and stakeholders during the design stage of master planning, buildings and infrastructure projects. You will implement engagement strategies, facilitate communication, and ensure stakeholder requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural/Mechanical preferred)
• Certifications in stakeholder management, project coordination, or infrastructure development are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain stakeholder registers (clients, government entities, local authorities, utilities, interest groups).
• Support implementation of stakeholder engagement plans and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor stakeholder requirements and identify risks to project delivery.
• Coordinate submission, tracking, and follow-up of NOCs, permits, approvals, and related documents.
• Prepare stakeholder progress reports and status updates for project teams and clients.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and workshops; capture and communicate comments to the design team.
• Liaise with internal disciplines to address stakeholder requirements in designs and deliverables.
• Assist in resolving stakeholder comments and closing actions in a timely manner.
