Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Planning Engineer/Senior Planning Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling and controls for large-scale mixed-use developments. You will develop baselines, monitor progress and support EOT assessments to protect milestones.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in planning and controls, and Primavera P6 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Primavera P6 capability/certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning and Controls

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules for compliance with contract requirements and milestones.
• Monitor progress against approved programs and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules to support execution and resource planning.
• Conduct delay analysis and support EOT assessments and claims evaluation.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and schedule performance analyses.
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, contractors and client representatives to collect data.
