Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of stakeholder management or infrastructure delivery.
• Proven track record coordinating with UAE government authorities, utilities, developers and asset owners.
• Extensive experience with roads, utilities, drainage and major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Stakeholder Management Plan across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops and ensure alignment on objectives and schedules.
• Manage authority approvals, permits, NOCs and statutory submissions with meticulous follow-up.
• Identify and mitigate interface risks and conflicts impacting progress with action plans.
• Prepare stakeholder reports, trackers, and executive summaries for project management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover, and asset transfer activities with authorities.
