Job summary

AccorHotels Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain top quality across all dishes. You will lead culinary staff, manage roistering, ordering and cost control, ensure HACCP compliance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 7–10 years post-apprenticeship experience in a 4-5 star setting.

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years post apprenticeship experience in a similar industry or 4-5 star establishment.
• Able to assist the Executive Chef in roistering management, ordering and receiving, and cost control.
• Full compliance with HACCP standards and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance to the kitchen operation as assigned.
• Assist Executive Chef in supervising kitchen staff, operations, and costs.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Plan menus with cost considerations and pricing.
• Train and develop kitchen employees; conduct appraisals.
