Exyte is seeking a Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing, international organization in the United Arab Emirates. You will own sourcing, interviewing, and offers, partnering with hiring managers across diverse departments to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will use active sourcing, databases, social media, and advertising to fill roles, chair interviews where possible, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics while ensuring a compliant

Qualificações

• Degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Multiple years of professional recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in Construction/Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of recruiting market trends and hands-on approach.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 360-degree recruiting in a fast-growing international company.
• End-to-end recruitment using active sourcing, databases, ads, social media and other sources.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Hold weekly catch-ups with project teams and hiring managers to progress recruitment efficiently.
• Chair interviews where possible and hire the best talent for the business.
• Generate reports on internal recruitment and open vacancies.
• Ensure compliant recruitment through the ATS and accurate recruitment MI (cost per hire, source, etc.).
• Support recruitment for other countries when necessary.

As a Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Exyte by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, and will work closely with hiring managers across various departments.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Managing 360 degree recruiting in a dynamic, fast growing international company
• End-to-end recruiting using various active sourcing tools, including roactively sourcing candidates through tailored database searches, advertising, social media and other sources
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Holding weekly catch ups with project teams and hiring managers to ensure all recruitment is being progressed efficiently and any issues are being resolved quickly
• Wherever possible chairing on interviews and ensuring a relentless commitment to hiring the very best talent for the business
• Generating reports in relation to internal recruitment and open vacancies
• Ensuring a compliant recruitment process through our ATS and maintaining accurate records of recruitment MI e.g. cost per hire, hire source, etc.
• Supporting other countries in terms of Recruitment when necessary

Show your expertise

• A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Multiple years of professional experience in recruitment (agency or in house) in a relevant sector (i.e. Construction, Engineering or similar)
• Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality
• Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors
• Business fluent communication English, both written and spoken
• Positive, collaborative, can-do-attitude with both internal and external stakeholders
