Establish governance mechanisms for applying approved technical standards and reviewing design deviations across projects.
Lead the development and periodic review of governance policies, procedures, and approval processes.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing governance findings, project performance trends, and lessons learned.
Benchmark governance practices against leading railway authorities to enhance departmental performance.
Lead governance reviews across planning, design, implementation, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure compliance before approval gates.
Direct technical assurance activities by overseeing compliance with approved standards and implementation requirements.
