Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior data statistics lead to drive governance, analytics, and data products across ECC and Enterprise Command & Control. You will shape the statistics framework, calibrate transport models, and deliver insights to support strategic planning, network performance and emergency readiness.

The role requires a strong background in data science or statistics, 9+ years of experience, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 9+ years of experience for Master’s degree (11+ years for Bachelor’s).

Responsibilities

• Develop the statistical framework across RTA and ensure implementation aligns with strategic goals.
• Analyse transport network performance indicators and prepare analytical reports for decision making.
• Manage data collection, quality checks, and governance for reliable indicators and data products.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders and external partners to exchange transportation data.
