STAR SERVICES LLC. is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Workforce Planning professional in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic staffing.

You will coordinate planning, identify vacancies, manage sourcing, reporting, and liaise with government stakeholders to ensure timely hires. The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of driving efficient processes within a government context.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or closely related field.
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, and recruitment reporting.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Currently employed by a government entity in Abu Dhabi (nationality unrestricted).

Position Summary

Responsible for workforce planning and identifying current and future staffing requirements; managing recruitment and selection activities; preparing HR recruitment reports and statistics; and improving recruitment channels and methods to attract qualified talent and support operational and strategic workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning activities and assess current and future staffing requirements in line with business needs.
• Work with relevant departments and stakeholders to identify vacancies, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, from vacancy intake through candidate selection and appointment.
• Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels and candidate pipelines to attract suitable talent.
• Review recruitment trends, prepare workforce and recruitment reports, and maintain accurate recruitment statistics.
• Monitor recruitment progress and timelines, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant HR stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities meet approved requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of workforce planning and recruitment policies, procedures, and practices.

Minimum Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or a closely related field.
• Relevant experience in workforce planning, recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, and recruitment reporting.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
• Candidates must currently be employed by a government entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; all nationalities may be considered.
