Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Sous Chef – Mediterranean Cuisine to join the Culinary team. The role oversees the Mediterranean kitchen, develops weekly menus, and ensures quality and HACCP compliance.

The ideal candidate has a secondary school diploma or culinary qualification, at least 8 years in a 5-star kitchen, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible shifts and 18+ required.

Competenze

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; culinary qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, including cost control and pricing of ingredients and supplies.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management.
• Strong organizational and time management to oversee inventory and schedules.
• High attention to detail, quality, cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Minimum of 8 years in a 5-star kitchen environment with Mediterranean cuisine leadership.
