Th8 Palm Dubai seeks a Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations in a luxury hotel setting. You will supervise culinary teams, uphold brand standards, and drive excellence in food quality and presentation. Your leadership and passion for flavor will elevate guest dining experiences.

You will manage inventory, support menu development, ensure HACCP compliance, and collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury hotel kitchen.
• Highly responsible and reliable under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional English communication; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure timely, high-quality food production.
• Maintain brand-standard presentation and hygiene across outlets.
• Manage inventory, food cost, and waste to meet budgets.
• Support menu development and seasonal offerings.

• Maintain daily logs and kitchen records.
