Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading daily culinary operations within a luxury hotel. You will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service across the team and outlets.

This hands-on leadership role involves guiding Junior Sous Chefs and chefs, driving training, ensuring HACCP compliance and fostering a collaborative kitchen culture that reflects Banyan Tree’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Several years as Sous Chef in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership of kitchen teams and operations.
• Understanding of food cost, inventory, portion control and waste management.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and coordinate kitchen sections during preparation and service.
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and recipes; maintain mise-en-place.
