Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a Head of Wine to lead the wine and sake program across the club's beverage operations. You will ensure service standards, manage stock, and drive guest satisfaction while protecting budgets and maximizing gross profit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of wine and sake pairings.

Responsibilities

• Lead wine and sake sales across the restaurant beverages operation.
• Source wines and sake; negotiate prices and stock allocation with suppliers.
• Manage beverage cost and target gross profit; forecast consumption and maintain inventory.
• Plan and develop wine and sake menus; update offerings and menu development.
• Train colleagues on wine and sake knowledge, service and selling techniques.
