Job summary

Emirates Group IT seeks a Principal Solutions Architect – Customer Applications to lead the architecture of CRM, loyalty, marketing and AI-powered customer solutions at scale from its Dubai hub. You will govern solution architectures and drive strategic technology decisions across the customer journey, coordinating with enterprise stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading the architecture of CRM, loyalty, marketing, and AI-powered customer solutions.
Technical leadership of groups of architects and senior developers; influence delivery plans.

Responsibilities

Lead definition and governance of new corporate IT standards, guidelines and practices by analyzing technologies and setting roadmaps.
Lead architecture development for new initiatives and vendor solutions, ensuring quality and cost implications are managed.
Provide architecture leadership to development teams and coordinate with peer architects and engineering teams.
